They make crinkling plastic noise in use They do help make putting compression stockings on easier. I have not managed to use them successfully for removing the stockings. They are worth the purchase.

Smart helper. I bought XL and I use it. Could never get compression stockings on without it. They glide right over. Wish it came larger my feet size ten legs are swollen up. Made strong definitely not junk.

Getting my husband's swollen feet and legs into compression hosiery had me defeated until this arrived. I don't know that he'll be able to use this himself, since it will require that he be able to reach his toes to pull the slide out (only time will tell), but it sure helps me slide his compression hose on for him!When one is new to wearing compression hose, it's difficult at first, and then over time it gets easier. This is great for starters, and worth the price. The size L was just right for his Shoe size 11W foot.

It makes putting compression socks on easier. I have to use 30 40 compression and those are harder to put on but this helps
