Having very sloping shoulders, I loved the idea of these silicone pads. Needless to say it was a bit embarrassing to have them fall out my sleeve and onto the floor after the 3rd time wearing them!! My daughter, who works for David's Bridal, suggested the Braza double back tape they use to hold low cut gowns together. It takes awhile to get 2-3 pieces cut to the right size and applied, but works pretty well.

Sticky stuff doesn't last a month, but love the shape it adds to my rounded shoulders. Wish this could be resolved.
