I LOVE THIS MUG!!!! it's WAY bigger than I thought it would be and the coloring is exactly like the picture. It's thick too, and the handle (including the little ear on it) is very sturdy and wouldn't break off easily at all

So cuteee! Bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas to match my Hello Kitty one. Says in the listing and on the bottom of the mug that it can’t go on the microwave to heat drinks and can’t in the dishwasher either. Haven’t tested that and don’t plan on it but it’s super cute! Just wish it could be microwaved. Perfect for Hot Chocolate☕️. It’s a good size and seems pretty sturdy, it’s thick. Fun, cute gift.

As a last-minute ditch on a holiday present, I ordered this mug. I simply couldn’t resist the adorable wintry look on this Hello Kitty and thought it’ll make for a swell gift. Whether the recipient loves it or not, oh well - they’re stuck with it. 😉 Anyway, I was concerned with how it fared in transit but luckily - no harm done and it arrived all safe and sound. The mug was as pictured - if not even more adorable in person. For the price point, I deemed it to be fair. All in all, no complaints on this front.

This is my new favorite mug it’s even big enough to be a bowl and you could put cereal inside! It’s very easy to clean there’s no trouble at all, it’s not heavy I feel like it’s just right for the price and quality of it.

For how expensive these mugs are when the first one arrived with a defect in the glazing I got it replaced. Which was a super easy process and the replacement arrived quickly, for the replacement to also to have a defect in the glazing right on the front 😫

It's a cute mug but un-usable. I was excited to use it when it arrived but the mug leaks. I got a refund for the mug. The following day, it was still on my mind so I decided to give it another go, so I ordered it again. It arrived today but it has the same issue. It leaks.This is so disappointing since it's my favorite sanrio character. Good luck to anyone who tries to order this mug. Hope yours doesn't have this issue.
