The description states it comes with the 5mm hex insert. It is even shown in the picture. Nope. This is an OK tool otherwise. The metal parts appear to be cast and the ratchet is held together with a plastic screw cap. Do not use one of these tools on anything other than a skate board. Low torque only.

I am giving this tool five stars because my son said "this is awesome!" He is constantly changing the trucks from one board to another....and he says this tool makes his life much easier. He said it is the only tool you need to take apart, and reassemble a skateboard. And this is a good one. I ordered it for him for Christmas, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a hand written, funny, personalized note from the seller. I would absolutely recommend this product, and this seller!
