I know that some other reviews stated this cross was way too small for an adult, but I disagree. I guess it's about what you want. For me it is the perfect size. I wanted a cross necklace that was pretty but not too big. This is it! If you are looking for a "dainty" necklace for everyday wear that is still noticeable give this one a try. The stones are just beautiful. I did end up putting it on a prettier chain I already had but for the price of this cross I still felt it was a great deal.

I had my eye on this for months and finally decided to get it, really because I had an Amazon gift credit and didn't want to spend the money, albeit next to nothing for what it is. I would have spent my own money on this. It is exactly as shown, described and I love it. It is for me. Yep, men wear gemstone crosses! I worked at Macy's for a while in the jewelry department and bought way too much jewelry but never tanzanite. The piece I wanted there was about $3,000. and I insisted that everyone who passed by stop and look at it, especially men, just to get their reaction. These "macho" men were stunned at its beauty and all said they wish they could afford to get it for someone special. I obviously never bought it but have looked for 3 years for a small piece of tanzanite jewelry in sterling silver (not a fan much of plated anything) and have put this in my cart time and time again. This time I pushed the buy button and am glad I did. Its colors are almost the same as the stone I loved so much at Macy's. I cannot read the inscription on the back, though it does appear one is there, perhaps it says 925, I believe, bad eyes.I highly recommend this piece, and SilverShake also. It came in a nice little box, no information to speak of accompanied it, and a good cleaning cloth. Love it!

Thought it would be a bit bigger but fell in love with how dainty and beautiful it is. A gift for my grandma for Christmas and she loved it. Although it was a bit small and the chain will need to be replaced for a longer one for her.

Garnets were cut beautifully and eye clean stones. Sterling setting is excellent. this pendant's size if larger but just right. It is suitable to wear daily with care given. It would make a thoughtful gift. I am very happy with my purchase.
