Installation was easy and instructions easy to follow. Included links for video instructions. Works great, completely removed metallic taste from soft water. Flow is a bit on the slower side, but not terrible. Performs quietly, hardly hear it when it's running. Happy with unit.

Excellent RO system, no need to wait for tanks to fill up, just turn it on and get as much filtered water as you need at a time. Note that there are two filters in this system, one needs replacing every 6 months and the other every year. The water tastes good to me personally, though other family members have noted that it tastes a little off, but I think that's because it contains no minerals, it's just pure water. As with all RO water, you might want to add minerals for drinking purposes.Installation was easy, I had no issues at all with getting it up and running in a short amount of time. You don't need to be a licensed plumber to get it done, but I do recommend that you have some experience doing handy work around the house before taking this on yourself. The unit itself takes up a neat corner within the cabinet under the sink, and is easy to pull out for replacing the filters.

Install is straight forward, not difficult. Understand before you purchase that the filters need repaced every 6 months, so getting bulk deals is advised. Noticeable difference in water taste, and tastes great. Fits under sink nicely.

This is a great product. Tap water is 170 ppm. With this device, the water that comes out is down to 8 ppm and it becomes more alkaline. The only downside is the water pressure at start is not that great. I have to open and close the faucet to start the internal pump and 3 seconds after open the faucet again to get more pressure. No more plastic bottles!

A short time ago reverse osmosis meant water coming out at a snail's pace, which made it hardly worth the effort. True, the water made it out in virtually pristine condition...but the wait was painful. Now SimPure has made a unit that delivers filtered water in a jiffy. Installation was quite easy and every fitting needed was included. Just be sure to read the whole manual before beginning installation or you may have some serious leaks. There are some little horseshoe clips that MUST be installed on the quick connects, and that fact is not mentioned until some later pages. Read it all first and then do the install. I like that this is a tankless unit and it flows up to 600 gallons per day. I don't drink that much water, but at that rate it doesn't take long to fill a glass. I almost bought a G.E. unit, but after comparing the specs I chose this one. Did I make the right choice? If it holds up I will be happy with it, but I am on day one and can't be sure. So far I am thrilled with the water quality...no chlorine taste at all. The water here in Harlingen Texas is loaded with chlorine. If I encounter any problems I will add an edit. The one thing I like better about the G.E. unit is the faucet: it is classy and professional looking. The SimPure faucet is almost like an after-thought. But the unit can filter 600 gallons a day compared to only 11 gallons for the G.E. unit. Time will tell if I made the right choice.

UPDATE 05.24.2024We were finally able to determine why the outlet under the sink would not work with this unit. It turns out that the reason the unit (or anything else, for that matter) does not work in the outlet under the sink, is because that empty socket on the outlet is controlled by the same switch that turns the disposal on and off. When the disposal is off, both sockets on the outlet are turned off as well.If your outlet wiring is accessible and depending on how it is wired, you may be able to reconfigure the wiring to make the empty socket always live. Otherwise, you will need access to an always on outlet, if you want to used an electric power RO machine.PS: The seller said they are going to update their promotional material to warn other unsuspecting potential buyers, so they won’t unknowingly fall into the same problem.===================================================================================We bought this unit after much research, hoping for the best. We installed the unit and plugged it in as directed. Nothing. No lights. No sound. Nothing. Turned on the disposal to make sure the outlet was still working. Tried the unit again. Still nothing.Contacted the seller. She directed me to plug my cellphone charger into the outlet under the sink to see if it would work. I did and the charger did not come on. She said that is because the outlet under the sink is for disposals and dishwashers only. I told her, that would have been a very valuable piece of information to know before we bought the unit and went through all the hassle of installing it. She apologized.Fortunately for us, we are still within the dreaded Amazon 30-day window. So, we will be uninstalling the unit and returning it to Amazon. You have been warned.
