Passed up a cheaper version of this with layers, I wish I didn’t! When you cut into it, it feels stiff and there’s only a cheap-feeling foam layer underneath the “skin”. This kit also comes with less tools than the cheaper version.

The tools are magnificent but hard to actually practice real suturing because the skin is so unlike human skin. Can’t do mattress sutures or anything like that.
