The first couple weeks it was very quiet, then the motor/gearbox became so loud it was ridiculous. After only 2 1/2 batches the motor quit. Not worth messing with, spend the extra money and buy made in America.

The process takes a long time, but the tumbler seems durable. I wish it were easier to change belts. Who do I contact to get replacement belts?

bought 12/25/23 through Amazon, didn't get the correct abrasives with the kit. Got 1,2,2,4. The second batch it started getting noisy and the drum wouldn't turn unless it was helped to start turning. It's now very loud and warmer than it should be. Haven't been able to get customer service

This was a Christmas present that we started using right away. It does seem like a high quality unit, but after running it for about 2 weeks the motor is starting to make a very noticeable vibration or grinding sound. I've tried to isolate the noise, but it's like it's inside the armature... Not sure how long it will last like this, but if it gets worse or stops working I'm hoping the manufacturer will send a replacement motor.

It all works fine. Good drum and leak free lid. Drive system and rollers are okay. Drum wouldn't track evenly after a couple days until i shimmed it a bit. Noise level was good to start but became noticeably louder over the 7 week run. Good thing it's in a backyard shed. Stones look good after the cycle. Didn't expect a pro level machine at this price but it does just fine.
