These seem to be decent and affordable pipettes. After running a calibration test on them, I don't think I will use them for everyday lab measurements, since at larger volumes they seem to have a bit more variability vs the lower volumes. I require a bit more consistency when making dilutions and such, so these will be reserved for emergency use or for maintenance tasks that require measurement.

I wish they had more sizes available because I needed a 10-100uL pipette as well, but the 100-1000uL pipette is also great. It is super easy to use and works exactly like any other micropipette you might have experience with. You use the knob to set the volume, plunge it until you feel resistance (but not until it is all the way pressed), release the plunger, and then push it all the way down to eject the liquid. It seems pretty accurate, though I don't have a way to test the accuracy correctly. Overall, this is a decent micropipette for a good price, even if I wouldn't trust it with my organic chemistry class's lab.

I'm not very impressed with this unit. First problem is the accuracy is slightly off. The next issue is the suction process is not smooth at all and have very limited control on how fast I can extract which causes unwanted fluid to mix with what I'm trying to siphon off the top of my mixture. Also, even with the tube firmly attached, it will fall off the unit many times without me pressing the release button.

This pipette is easy to use, although a bit stiff at first. I found it to be quite accurate (to +/- 0.1 g after several transfers at different volumes; I didn't try on an analytical balance). I love that it uses a pretty universal 2-10 mL tip so you don't need to completely restock your lab with a different brand. It does come with a quality control certificate.For this price, it would be easy to outfit your lab with multiple pipettes of each size without wrecking your budget.UPDATE, 1/13/25: The pipette action is still pretty stiff (we use this pipette a few times a month for a dedicated function), but seems accurate. Unfortunately, the tip eject has stopped working. I haven't looked into trying to fix it yet, this is more of a bummer than a huge problem because of how infrequently we use this pipette.

This is my first pipette other than the typical store bought variety, so I was excited to try this out. It accepted the tips I have securely without having to figure anything out. The fluid volume selector dial was easy to use. The ejector action also worked well. I don't have an accurate enough way to confirm the volume selected is accurate, but it seemed trustworthy.

This pipette is larger than I expected. It is well constructed and made of sturdy plastic. The mechanics of the push button work well. It fits nicely in the palm of your hand and is easy to maneuver.

After doing a large batch of potions by disposable pipette, I figured out pretty quickly that the right tool was in order if I was going to be making more.I ordered a higher end pipette with more functions and had great success with it, but then I was traveling, in need of some potions, and hoping to find an economical solution and this Etallwit Single Channel Pipette with Adjustable Variable Volume, High Accurate Manual Micropipette for Lab, 2-10ml worked wonderfully for that purpose.At this price point, you're going to want to toss those inaccurate disposable pipettes, which are fine for a handful of transfers, but start getting variable very quickly.This manual pipette maintains accuracy from start to finish.Works well with all the tips (standardized) I've ordered.Zero complaints, only wish I'd found it much sooner before the first job! Great value and you'll be glad you have the right tool for the job!
