I lost the plastic top to my Baratza Encore in a house move. Not only does this fit perfectly, but it also allows me to "blow out" the coffee residue from the machine after use. As some of the very good reviews show, while this might seem trivial, there is definitely residue and if you care about the quality of your coffee, getting rid of the residue maintains taste.

While it's listed for 'single dose' operations, it fits the standard hopper and clears the byrrs and chute very well. Easy to use, does cut down a bit of the grinder noise too.

I bought this for the Rancilio Rocky, which the description says it fit, but it does not. It slides over the outside of the hopper, but when you press down it just slides down the sides of the hooper, as can be seen in the photo.It's a nice silicone bellows with stainless steel top, but I can't use it.

I have had bellows on my Baratza Encore for a couple weeks. When I put the empty grind cup underneath and pump bellows. I don't get any residual grounds from recent grind. Otherwise bellows fit my unit fine.

When I ordered the "Single Dose Hopper Bellow for Baratza Encore ESP Coffee Grinder, Coffee Grinder Cleaning Tools/Virtuosa+ Coffee," I expected to receive a single dose hopper and an included bellow. However, I only received the black bellow, which is quite expensive for just a rubber piece without the hopper. Additionally, the metal piece required for installation is sharp and cut my hands, so I had to file the edges to make it smoother.On the other hand, the BELLOWS fits my Baratza Encore grinder perfectly, and it works well with my current hopper. It is capable of pushing the extra ground beans effectively. However, I cannot recommend this product because it is misleading and pricey for what you receive. If you can't find an alternative, then you may consider purchasing this. But be sure to wear gloves when opening the package.
