Great product compared to the oem! My only warning would be the difficulty of getting a open end wrench back there to property tighten to the turbo side is tough, and slow. But keep at it 1/16 turn at a time until you know it's seated firmly and you'll never have to worry about this part again. (Fingers crossed)

Works as intended. No leaks so far and seems to be a way better design than factory. It’s a pain to install, but my mechanic charged two hours for the job. Money well spent.

Overall good product. Much better components than factory OEM - if you are going to do it, might as well do it to last.Took about 2hrs to changeout - tight confines for both ends of the pipe. Don’t waste your time trying to get the pushlock fitting loose on the turbo end, it will be full of crust and nearly impossible to wiggle the jiffy-tire tool down into - just cut the steel coolant pipe after the final bend with a cutoff wheel so you can get a straight shot with a 19mm deep socket onto the base fitting to unscrew it - it is all going in the trash anyway. Be sure to spray some PB Blaster or something on the turbo fitting before trying to loosen - it will be rusty. The new turbo side fitting is easy to install, but the AN fitting nut on the new pipe is hard to access for final torque unless you have a crows foot (18mm) and a small 1/4 ratchet to get back there - it is tight. The hose and hose clamp end is easy.I did not drain any coolant from the system for this changeout, as long as you leave the coolant caps on the radiator and overflow tank it only dribbles out the fitting and you’ll lose about a quart into the valley - just rinse it out when you are finished. As far as parts to take off, the intake plenum (black plastic) and the air pipe coming over from the EGR cooler is all that has to come off to get enough access. Not a bad job and this setup should last much longer than stuck. My stock setup made it 140k miles before starting to leak.

Perfect replacement for my 2011 6.7. Way better to replace the known to fail turbo fitting with the sinister diesel upgrade. No more coolant leak.

Fit my 2011 F250 6.7 perfectly. A better than OEM product. You will need a 3/8 quick release tool (the small brass round one worked best for me) to remove the original part and a crows foot socket wrench to install the new part.
