Shipping time was slow but worth the wait.Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of this cat scratching pad.Enclosed with everything needed to provide furbabies a place to scratch, this item will save your cash and couch respectively.Easily assembled, taking about ten minutes to complete for anyone with minimal assembly experience.Enclosed with a large platform, removable sisal pad, screws, screwdriver, and easy to comprehend instruction manual.Measuring true to its advertised size, and durably manufactured, this baby will outlast even the most aggressive cats. The wooden frame is angled perfectly and able to accommodate various sized felines,as well as being aesthetically pleasing and able to assimilate with any decor.Although my cat hasn't used it yet,I'm optimistic as she currently uses a scratching pad,and will need time to adjust. What I appreciate most is that the enclosed pad attaches with velcro and can be easily replaced when needed, saving money in the long run.Lastly this item is reasonably priced when compared to similar products, making this a winner in my opinion.Hopefully those deciding to place this order will appreciate this couch saver as much as I do.

Nice quality. But you need to spray or treat with catnip yourself or the cats won’t even look at it.

The scratcher comes well equipped with all parts needed and a screwdriver (shown in a photo). Assembly instruction doesn't have wordings, but color images are sufficient enough for a novice like me to get it done in 20 min. That's how easy assembly processes are. Putting wooden pieces together is a breeze. Keep in mind that you need to leave the last wooden rod out (where it connects a 90 degree frame), so you can slide wooden board into slots. A tricky part is to attach adhesive backing Velcro strips onto the board. There are a total of 6 Velcro Strips, 2 along the length sides and 4 across the width of sisal mat. Tips. 1) wear gloves. 2) Start attaching Velcro strip on a length side first, then work your way to other strips and make a pencil marking on the board. That will help making Velcro alignment easier. Or you can simple accurately measure Velcro Strips position on a sisal mat and use it as a guide. It's a thoughtful of manufacture to supply 6 felt strips for anti-scratch protecting your floor and wall. Did I mention that it looks good and sturdy? The cats love it.

This, like so many things nowadays, requires some basic assembly. That took about 10 minutes and the instructions were suitable. Just pictures and a few words without detailed step-by-step wording to describe the process. Good enough to get it together quickly and easily. The tricky part was putting the self-stick velcro strips onto the assembled frame so the fabric/sisal "sheet" would stay attached. I just held the sisal sheet piece beside the assembled frame, made sure it was centered up and down and marked where the velco strips would go. It was not complicated at all. Put some catnip on it and the cats went to town on it. It is not very stable in the upright position so unless it was against a wall or something, it could tip over during use. I just put mine in the lower position so the cats step onto it and scratch away. The sisal sheet piece is very thick and well made. It should stand up to some serious scratching.

The scratcher ramp was fairly easy to assemble. (Just make sure you pay attention to L/R mirror images so you put the legs on correctly.) It seems to be made of good quality material, so it should last a long time. The adhesive that sticks the sisal mat down is the heavy-duty kind.It can be oriented a couple of different ways, so you can meet your cat's preferences for vertical or inclined scratching. It can also be used as a ramp for cats with arthritis or mobility issues. I'm a cat trainer and I have 5 cats in my home. I would recommend this scratcher ramp to give your cats some additional scratching options.

This is a very sturdy scratching post. Fairly easy to put together. I placed it near the old messy cardboard one, but they aren't using it. I did put catnip on it, but still no go. Hopefully they eventually will try it. Cats!!!
