Got this for my dad for Father's Day. Very nicely made. Feels nice and thick. I'm sure he still hasn't stalled it but looks very nice.

This is a nice looking hitch protector but didn't last long on the back of my new 2016 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. I backed into some dirt in an elevated landscaped area and the top of the protector broke because it is mounted in plastic. This is disappointing and if the rubber exterior had been mounted in a steel shroud it would still be on my truck. I will try to fabricate something to reuse this product but plastic supporting the protective rubber exterior makes this product susceptible to breaking and that isn't the answer for long term durability. This product has potential but be aware that it is mounted in plastic and will break if your hitch bumps a curb or solid surface and mind lasted about two weeks and I'm very disappointed after spending $25 for this purchase.
