I recently got the Passenger Backrest Sissy Bar for my 2018 Harley Davidson Electra Glide, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade! The backrest fits my bike perfectly and provides solid back support for my passenger.The double-plated brackets offer excellent corrosion resistance, which is great for handling harsh weather and moisture-rich environments. The synthetic leather pad is comfortable, waterproof, and durable, withstanding wear and tear on long trips.This backrest has definitely improved passenger comfort, especially on extended rides. It helps relieve pressure on the back and offers stress relief during long hours on the road.The only drawback that surprised me was that the backrest didn’t come in one piece—it required assembly. Compared to a welded option, this assembly might slightly reduce the overall sturdiness of the sissy bar. While it’s still solid and functional, a welded version would likely offer more long-term durability without the potential for loosening over time.The easy installation with the unique latching mechanism made it simple to attach and remove.Overall, despite the assembly, this is still a great accessory for any Harley Davidson Touring Model. It provides comfort and stability on every ride and is a perfect fit for my 2018 Electra Glide. Highly recommend it!
