I'm not impressed. For the price it's quite fine, but overall, it's a bit rough. In the US the voltage peak to peak is 340volts, but 120v RMS. When measuring an outlet using the oscilloscope, I got fluctuations of 50V. That's about 310 to 359. Then when changing the scale, I got about 400v to 440v peak to peak. The Hz and RMS would change a bit as well. The instructions are decent, and common volt meter functions are fine as well. I will use this device, but I will keep in mind it's not a high lever instrument.

I have a lot of multimeters, but this one has a built-in oscilloscope and features not found on most multimeters. I was an electronics technician in the 70s and 80s during the analog days, but there was nothing like this back then. The 32-page user manual is well written and in-depth. Besides the normal multimeter features, this Skycen Graphical multimeter also measures capacitance, frequency and diode polarity as well as waveforms. It is a long time since I worked on the bench and I don't have much experience in digital electronics, but this will be a nice addition to my toolbox at an affordable price.

This oscilloscope multimeter is pretty amazing for the price. It seems to work well and was just the gadget that I needed to check some signals for my diy project.
