it's just a spacer... can't see how tight tolerances help here.ie. these speed washers make up for low tolerances (eg. any rubbing) between the bearing and axle.

I use these on skateboards and longboards. I have several other brands and when I first got these I was careful to not mix them up with other washers because I figured these were of lower quality due to the low cost. That being said, now I don’t care a bit and use these on every board. These work well. I got black... next time I’ll get silver just for variety.
