No fault of the seller- poorly made product by ski doo. Every helmet I have ever had when plugged in you can see a light which indicates it’s working. Ski doo decided to skip the light so you won’t know if it works until you plug it in and ride. So that’s what I did. Literally worked for 3 minutes. Looked at helmet later and noticed the inside piece was broken and wire was just dangling. Disappointing for the cost. Returned for a refund but need to order another electric visor because I need it to ride in cold temps!
