Page 11 of the OS592702 Owner's Manual describes the Carbide Grout-Removal Blade as included and page 21 describes its use. However, this part is not included in the product box. This is very confusing for the consumer who checked the manual and made the purchase. Nowhere in the manual does it say that this part is sold separately. You guys have made a major mistake in the production of the manual and should update it immediately to prevent other consumers from being harmed. As a company with a long history, trust with your customers is crucial.

Bueno tiene muchas funcionalidades no es muy pesado aún con aditamentos instalados la potencia es ya buen para trabajos en casa no se que tanto para algo más intenso el problema es la batería no aguanta tanto pero no tarda tanto en cargar sería bueno comprar una segunda batería

I have used both the 12 and 20 volt Skil versions, along with Milwaukee M12, Ryobi HP, Rodgid, Dewalt, and Bosch 12v ult tools. The 12v Skil is noise than all of them except the Bosch. Yes, the 20v Skil is noticeably quieter than the 12v.

I like this tool! It serves many purposes. I mainly use this on opening a hole and sanding the corner or tight spaces. It serves me well for couple of months now. My only complaint is that battery life is just average, but it was expected with the size.

With all this includes it easily tops any other option for the home handyman. Easy change blades. I have a corded other brand that requires a hex key to change blades. I much prefer this. Works great!

Great tool for your money. I've used it to undercut entryway molding when installing new flooring and it worked perfectly. No complaints here.

I admit to having some problems with putting the blades on at first as I had never used a tool like this and the instructions were no help. I just about chucked it in the bin. Finally I admit it's a tool I don't want to be without. It's so good I'm not making a demerit for the the sorry initial experience.

Been using it with the 4Ah battery came with the circular saw. Sanded whole garage door frames and backyard door trims. Never felt any performance degradation during the job and it never drained more than a single LED slot.I never fully used with the max power setting which may drain the battery faster. But with 1-3 power settings, it served all the purpose I have ever needed: sanding trims, doors, corners before painting, plunge cutting broken deck boards, trimming door thresholds, and so on. Anything I wanted to cut, this tool did its job gracefully. The only problem was the user, the clumsy novice like me.One drawback was the included blade being wasted too easy while cutting off deck board nails. But then again, I've hears professionals break a blade a day at least. So, I cannot fault bundled blade being fragile at all. Also, having a universal blade holder lets you to use 'good' blades anyway.You better to have a good blade on a terrible tool rather than a dull blade on a good tool, if I learned correctly.Also, maybe this is why I never used higher settings, the tool itself adjusts the power output depending the load it feel(?)s.Lastly, the bar type LED is sleek looking and also useful. Great design choice!I hope we can buy more SkiL 12V tools in Canada. I do not live far away from US border and the US town nearest to me has Lowe's which actually sells those SkiL 12V tools. But crossing a border for just a budget oriented tools is not really economic.Since everything is going up, having those 'economic' tools in Canada with 'sane' price would be a great boon to all those weekend warriors!
