This is a great alternative to a traditional jump rope. A few reasons to choose this over a real jump rope is:Coordination - you may not have the coordination to successfully jump over the rope. Having the rope slap your ankles/shins does not feel good.Space - depending on your living condition, a real rope is not feasible for the space required for swinging the rope around.Convenience - It's simple to just grab the two handles and throw in a bag to take with you without having to worry about jumbling up the rope.A solid product to easily get cardio in at any time, any place.

This product looks exactly as advertised. You get two nonslip bars, two pieces of "rope" with a weighted ball attached to the end, and some tools to help keep the rope in place upon attaching to the two bars. There are four letterings upon turning on the screen. You input your weight in kilograms so that the device can calculate the amount of calories you are burning from jump roping. An instructional pamphlet is included but it's a bit confusing because it talks about installing the jump rope with one single rope instead of the two short weighted ropes. Otherwise, this product works to calculate the amount of jumps you make. I like that. I can use this indoors without worrying about the rope snagging on things.

This is not an actual jump rope. There is just the balls that give the illusion of a rope. I do love the counter on the handle if you have a rope you can put one on the handles which is what I did.

Easy to get some cardio in. I am uncoordinated and this makes cardio easy. I loved jump roping as a kid but do not have the coordination anymore. this is perfect. Easy to use and charge. Charge lasts a while too.
