First I wanna preface by saying this is probably a good product if used for it's intended purpose. It seems sturdy and I've heard good things about Skyjacker. This is really more about Amazon. They listed this item as a 'guaranteed fit' for my 2013 f350 as a steering damper replacement. It didn't come with the proper mounting hardware so I had to use the stuff from the one I took off. SHould have known there. Got it mounted up pretty quickly and took off to test and see if it cured the vibration I've been experiencing. It did. It also cured my ability to turn my steering wheel to the left which almost caused an accident while I had my son in tow. When I ask to refund it, they're telling me it's gonna be like a 2 week waiting period to get my refund. If I didn't have the money to find another one locally I would have been without transportation for however long it takes for them to refund me. But lets be honest here. Anyone reading this knows just how god awful Amazons search is. Which baffles me considering they own the platform that runs approximately 34% of every webpage on the internet. You'd figure they could handle coding some exclude, include, and, or, or not statements into their search syntax, or provide some type of advanced search, or hell..... a semi functional search at the very least. I mean the results are so often so far off base that you have to wonder what incompetent adept moron spearheaded that whole project. I mean you'll search for gold chain and get results for elephant feces. It's probably one of the most infuriating things I, for reasons that are becoming increasingly more scarce, voluntarily endure.....TLDR; trusting amazon will probably kill you and your loved ones.

Skyjacker makes great stabilizers and shocks, use them on all my trucks. Giving these a 4-star rating due to ordering 2 of these and neither came with a dust boot (Description is Black with Black Boot)...although they had the zip ties for the boots in the box, so go figure. Returned and re-ordered and the next set....only one had the boot included. Gave up and installed without the boots. Otherwise a great product.

Came as shock only. Did have rubber bushings but no name or logo on the shock and no boot. I installed it anyway as I needed it.

Great replacement for my last skyjacker 7000 steering stabilizer that lasted a long time till it finally wore out..i wanted the monotube but there alittle pricey, so i got the black max instead, bolted right in and steering offroad is back to normal now..
