Only issue was that the factory had shoved the boots so far down the cylinder I had to fight it a bit to place the boot where it should have been. Odd that the boots were installed at all. The front shocks I also bought didn't have this issue. Rides like new though. There is a train track I cross every day that normally slams my suspension so hard it bottoms out if I forget to slow down. Today, intentionally did not slow down to test these. Wow, what a good difference. Took it smoothly.

Half the price of the Ranchos. My Jeep rode like a lumber wagon prior, the big silly oversized tires do not help, but after replacing the shocks, the steering, and suspension on the front and rear end, the Jeep rides more like a stock Jeep again. Still rough, but it’s a POS Jeep. What can you do?

Did skyjacker7000s all around on jeep TJ. Rides much better than Monroe replacements.not easy to make a TJ ride better but for the money these do work

I bought these to replace my Monroe Sensa-tracs, since I needed more shock play for my lift on jeep xj and couldn't invest in more expensive shocks. These are smoother than my sensa-tracs on road, but offroad these shocks rattle your brain.. I have to lean on the brake just so I can think clearly again, because of the rough ride. If these are your daily driver shocks then their great, but stay away from graveled/ dirt roads.

shocks are awesome. A little irritated that I fell for the whole there are two in the picture business . guess its time to order the other side .
