It arrives flat but, I’ve found that it thickens and looks much more like snow. I encouraged it by gently pulling it top layer from bottom layer to thicken it. that works too if you don’t have a steamer.

it's fluffy and sparkly just like described. Package arrived as promised. (I just put in a review that the package didn't arrive, I ended up finding it in my dining room. The house is discorganized while I pull out Christmas decorations.)

This arrived shrink wrapped and horribly wrinkled. It is very delicate and could not be air dried.Even wrinkle release wouldn’t work on it. The shrink wrap tells me the vendor had no interest in the customer’s use. So disappointing.

The quality was not good at all and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I was expecting for the price I paid for it to be nice and plush. Would not buy again.
