I have large hands and the XL fit well. They offer great palm protection when diving as your hands get very soft in the waterThe palm and fingers are treated with a rubber material. You still get feel with them .I can even your my phone with them on.The back is a fabric that has a little give.The wrist cuffs are extra long and elastic to keep them tight. Also will fit under or over your well suit sleeve.They are not bulky so a wrist computer or light will fitI recommend these dive gloves.

I'm always on the lookout for accessories for surfing. I saw these gloves and ordered. I guess the takeaway is that you should always read the fine print. You can note that the bold product description describes these gloves as "waterproof." However! If you drop down to the very first bullet point describing the gloves, it states, "This is not a fully waterproof diving glove!" I don't think it's right to claim to very opposing ideas like that. Anyway... the XL gloves are nice and roomy. The elastic at the wrist keeps the gloves comfortably fitting close. The neoprene coating on the palm side does give a good grip. I appreciate that the gloves are very flexible, too. Depending on your needs and expectations, these gloves might work out fine if you don't need the completely waterproof component.
