I want to absolutely love these locks. What I love: Everything is tucked away inside the wall of the vehicle leaving nothing for the perp to work with to gain entry. There are a lot of puck locks that are attached by the exterior of the vehicle which leaves something to be tampered with to gain entry. These are a better design for this reason. HOWEVER! What I hate: I need to be able to gain entry into my work vehicle without issue. The key doesn't always turn over and requires at times 5 min of futzing with the darn thing trying to get the lock to turn over and pull out so I can get the da*n thing off! I put the key in and it acts like it's the wrong key. I painted the lock and the key to insure I was using the correct key. I'm defiantly using the correct key. It doesn't want to turn over 100% of the time. Other times I will get it to turn over but the lock doesn't want to pull out the pin that the key slides into so that you can take the lock off! Seriously frustrating!

Had to slightly bend mine to fit without rubbing the slider door. I'd like something comparable for the driver and passenger door, but those aren't available. Could use an extra sticky protector for the door.

Updated, dropping this to one star since the company has not returned my attempts to contact them and fix the situation. Rust is a serious issue, so these should be avoided.Perhaps I received a bad batch, but my sliding door bracket wasn't a good fit, and now I'm getting some rust in my brand new sprinter. I reached out to the manufacturer but no response so far, which was disappointing.

Love these! A little spendier than they should be for a puck lock, but they work perfect and look great. I spent a couple hrs getting the door latch brackets mounted just right on my '07, but totally worth it! The black rubber covers look nice and I thought they would have fallen off by now (9 months later), but they haven't. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.The latch for the sliding door does rub on the interior door panel a little when the sliding door is open. I dont mind since it is a cargo/ work van. If the interior was finished nicer as a passenger van, it may tear it up a bit.Locks are very easy to use and seem bulletproof.
