Rack fits 2005 Goldwing. No spoiler on the bike. Found some video on youtube for a different rack and used the same instructions. The mounting bolts were too long. I hat to cut them to size using a grinder. For the price its a nice rack. Just did a 3000 mile trip with it supporting a bag about 20 pounds. 4 stars for not having the correct length bolts.
