I recommend this product it's easy to clean and it's makes your drink pretty quick are favorite is strawberry lemonade it's easy to work and it has a lock function so it can't bump it and change your settings you have to hold the button down for a little bit before it unlocks to switch settings

I would give 0 stars if i could. Now i partly blame myself for this. Usually if i am buying anything thats a little costly i do research- read reviews, recalls, etc. I did not with this. My boyfriend wanted a slushie machine so bad and in my excitement to surprise him I ordered this without looking into it. First getting it was a pain. We both work days and kept missing the FedEx guy because seller requested a signature at delivery. We could not schedule a pick up past 5 which is when we get home so we left work early one day and drove 45 minutes away and after the 3rd FedEx location they found our package. When we opened the slushie machine we read all the directions, let is sit for so long and all that. The next day we went to use it and after 2 hours we gave up on it getting cold. It didnt chill at all. Then the stop/pause button didnt work. So i start troubleshooting across Google and it turns out there are a lot of people that have the same exact problem with this machine. So the buttons not working and it not cooling is pretty common.OH AND I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT? FANTASTIC!
