My snow-blower asks for grade-5 carriage bolts for the scraper blade. Finding those locally has been a challenge. When I saw these Grade-8's, with yellow zinc plating for better corrosion resistance, I jumped on them. The bag of 25 is enough for 5 scraper blade changes, so my challenge will only be remembering they are in a bag in the snowblower spares bin.Just the chasing around local hardware stores or even the industrial hardware store costs more than these, without regard for the local parts cost. Just clicking and having these show up at my doorstep is a pretty decent net savings. So a time and dollars savings plus-plus!I'll be back for more in a few years, assuming the snow continues to appear in the winters.

Strong and unobtrusive. Used to hold on my trailer fenders with the bolt up from the bottom and the washer and nut on top to prevent any tire damage.
