I've ordered Small Batch before through other sellers and had no issues, but there is something seriously wrong with this bag. I noticed first that the color was a little different than usual. But didn't think it to be big deal. But I got a little more concerned when preparing it for my fur baby, the texture was way different even when moistened with water it was like sand paper, for all I know that's what it could have been. This food is not only too expensive, it's dangerous!

Have used raw food for years and the freeze-dried is perfect for traveling.The cost is way too high and manufacturers need to be mindful. Looking at alternatives due to that fact.

My senior dog has been thriving on Small Batch turkey and duck for more than a year. It is important to me that the ingredients are ethical. The patties are easy to rehydrate with some warm water, and occasional squirts of yogurt. More expensive than even purported high end kibble, but I am investing in good health and quality of life for my pet. Highly recommend this brand.
