This is a must have for this light. The reflector cone that comes with the light is not going to give you the flexibility of this modifier. Yes it may seem a bit small but this light I use to light 1 no more than 3 people and it's great. Come with the grid for even better control of the light in tight spaces for my short films. The setup is super easy and break down as well. Very portable like I said I can fit this in a bag along with a couple stands and set up for an interview. For the value... I feel like it's a lot of bang for your buck.

The quick release feature is such a convenient touch—it's easy to set up and take down, and it stays securely in place once attached to my SmallRig RC 60B COB LED Video Light. I also appreciate the size; at just 29cm, it’s perfect for small spaces or when I need more controlled lighting without taking up too much room.

Mine works well, deploying it took a little getting used to but if you've worked with one of these soft boxes before you'll be used to having to stiffen the wires and Velcro on the add-ons.It took much longer than usual for them to ship it, probably related to supply and demand so your mileage may vary here.If you have the small rig light, this thing is a big improvement if you're not looking for hard-light-a

Depending on the setting and the amount of diffusion you use, this lamp with a decent sized power bank clipped on to the back will run for hours without dimming. It has a great choice of colour temps, and with no diffusion on, it is profoundly bright.Also VERY portable. And even the built in battery lasts a while if its at half max.

Cons = an hour to charge, and doesn’t stay on for more 10 mins at 100%. hooked up to a 99v v-mount, it eventually dies in about 20mins at 100%Cannot be used like Tweenie’s are.Pro’s = Pure run & gun gold, just not for most video productions. The shape, size, and mobility is volatile in certain situations, unlike most.The quality of the light, especially with the softbox is amazing, i just wish the battery was better, so It sits by my desk the majority of the time, which just sucks to have to do, knowing its quality and usabilityConclusion: Useful for quick situations, but not for a full music video shoot or anything more.

The small rig Softbox is well made and easy to use. It’s small enough for that prefect travel. Material is great quality. Battery dies out quickly if you at not on eco mode but you can also get an external battery to connect to light for long use. It’s a great product.
