This item cost nearly $300. I had to pay $400 to have installed and the integrity of my door hardware replacement is irreversible. There is no other mechanism similar to this for the space created by replacement. I would have to get a completely new door. The router is in the same room. The lock stays locked when trying to unlock but the mechanism saying unlocked. Adding face, palm or FP options failed. Unable to unlock from outside. Works manually inside. Trying to reach seller for assistance, trouble shooting, clearer instructions. No success. It has been so much trouble for me. I have spent nearly 8-10 hours going over and over, rereading the guide, watching YouTube videos and I’m sure I am doing everything correct. The mechanism confirms or says function failed (even when following step by step). Losing brain cells over this door lock! Still waiting to hear from seller.
