I found this a little odd to wear, mostly because of its thickness, but I liked it. It wasn’t uncomfortable, just looked a little odd, but I got used to it. It was super easy to set up and link to my iPhone. I wore it simultaneously and on the same hand as I was wearing an Apple Watch. I did that intentionally to compare them. One huge positive was I could wear the ring for two, almost three days between charges, while the watch requires daily charging because of the display. Both charged in about the same amount of time. What was interesting was that none of the measurements matched—not the sleep tracking, not the exercise/steps, not even the heart and blood oxygen levels, though they were closer, especially the blood oxygen. The sleep levels were the most pronounced—the sleep stages didn’t match up at all. However, both were consistent to themselves, and I really don’t know which was more accurate for sleep. The exercise differences might be because the watch and my phone are both recording movement and there may be some sort of reconciling between them, and the heart rate and blood oxygen levels may be because the watch needs to be in a certain position for accuracy. The ring also rated sleep quality and stress levels, which the watch does not do. I suspect most people will not use both a fitness watch and this ring, and in that case, you’ll be measuring your sleep from day to day against the same standard, and this would be fine. I’m not sure what to make of the radical differences between the two devices, though.

So much easier than dealing with my smart watch. It is accurate and stylish.

The heart rate ate oxygen monitor is the only thing good about this ring, battery lasts 2 days if using the auto heart rate feature, sleep tracking and steps are off tremendously by hours and miles.

When I first opened the Smart Ring box, I was immediately disappointed due to the feel of the ring - it is incredibly light but feels incredibly cheap. It feels like plastic. I am not a fan of the design in person because it's much chunkier than I anticipated based on the pictures in the listing. That being said, it has some pretty cool features, and after wearing it and tracking my health stats for a few days, I really like the functionality.I was specifically looking for a solution for sleep tracking because I have an Apple watch but it feels so uncomfortable to wear while sleeping, even with the softest band. I also have two small children who often fall asleep on my arm(s), so the Apple watch gets super uncomfortable then. I didn't want to go feet first into a name-brand smart ring that was $200+ because I know they have a different feel than normal rings. So, this smart ring was the perfect opportunity to try out the smart ring craze, at a very reasonable price point. After a few days of health tracking, it's really cool how it tracks sleep and activity. I do feel like it's incredibly accurate - I've worn my Apple watch alongside the ring during the day, and the steps and other health stat measurements are spot on. One of the measurements I'm not sure about is the "stress" measurement - the app doesn't have any additional information on this measurement like it does for the other measurements. I can only assume it's basically the same as heart rate, or maybe takes into account a few of the measurements like heart rate and puts out a somewhat arbitrary "stress" measurement. There is no temperature tracking for cycle tracking, cycle tracking is available but only able to be entered manually in the app.I did NOT measure the size correctly - I have a ring sizing kit at home but couldn't find it when I ordered this, so I guessed (since it's really my trial run prior to buying a more name-brand smart ring). I figured it would fit at least one of my fingers! Now I completely see why everyone wears smart rings on their index finger - due to the technology in the ring, it is wide and entirely inflexible, so smashed between two other fingers, it gets pretty uncomfortable. It is thick and unnatural, unlike a wedding band. I highly recommend planning on wearing this ring on your index finger and measuring accordingly.Overall, I think this ring is perfect for anyone who wants a smart ring but doesn't want to spend a ton of money, or wants to try out a smart ring before purchasing a name-brand/expensive one; the price is VERY reasonable for the technology - and there is no subscription fee. The app is nice and user-friendly, and the measurements seem accurate. Overall, I would recommend this smart ring.

It works well but there is one detail: the battery drains faster than the product promises.
