I loved this. It was very comfortable and really good quality. It was fairly easy to assemble and there was no noise when using but I couldn’t benefit from this because my waist was already on the smallest notch so once it became too big the hoop would no longer close. I wish they made them smaller.

I already have one of these that I picked up from the bullseye store. It's kind of loud so I wanted to see if this one was quieter. OMG it isn't. Might even be louder!Next, it is very uncomfortable to wear. I'm not sure why. Might be because it seems to form a circle, and my waist is definitely more of an oval shape.Finally and maybe most importantly, it won't go around the track smoothly and definitely won't continue more than maybe two rotations. I got this to work my core not practice pitching.VERY disappointed!

This product is pretty quite. It comes with a cooling towel and waist belt which us great, but the waist belt is TINY! There is a counter built on the hoop weight but mine came defective. No matter what I did, I could not get it to work. It comes on, but does not keep count. It would be nice if it worked but not a game changer to make me send it back for that reason alone. Also was not able to contact them for customer service, I guess because I'm in the US and it shipped from the UK. All in all, I would recommend the product because it works smoothly and quietly. I do have to wear a waist belt underneath to keep it from snagging my skin or clothing, but not a big deal.

I really like this for a change in a work out routine. Look up videos on utube to help you get started, also have workouts for you to do with the hula hoop.
