I still keep paper docs in addition for online for my clients. I am a residential Realtor and have found that even the "techies' like the paper for review or reference because it is easier to see the "big picture".

I thought the quality of the folder would be the same as https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0006HUYNK/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 but sadly it was not.

Love the size but the folder are very weak. The card stock used to make these wasn't a strong quality so I'm not sure of the life expectancy of these folders. I hope they hold up but other than that great for the price I paid and for the time being.

I am a counselor and these file folders made my life SO much easier. I feel so organized now. I use the one divider folder for individuals and the two divider folders for couples and parent/child cases. The file folders are made of very durable material. This is an expensive folder. I wish there was a way to buy a large quantity for a lower price. The quality is great! We have so many forms in our office and to have a folder that can keep everything so organized is a real asset.
