Easy install and I can now easily back the bike around while sitting on it. Had to slightly grind the eyelets on the shock down to make it easier to reinstall the shock but it didn't hurt a thing. Easy job with the desired result!!

I was skeptical this would work but indeed it does. Lowered the bike enough to be flat footed at a stop and much easier for my wife to climb on back too. Just change the stock rear shock spring retainer with this one and lower the rear about 20mm. remember to pull the forks up in the triple clamps by 20mm as well to keep the bike balanced. Side benefit is the beast turns better too! Installed on a 2019 KTM 1290 Super Adventure S.
