These are all metal, not metal and plastic. Very sturdy. They have a lower wind blockage than most other products that have plastic end pieces, so I hope they will reduce my gas mileage less than the others. I took off 2 stars because they are hard to install. The cross peices were ~1mm too long and the bolts were in a very difficult position to assemble with the enclosed allen keys. Fortunately I had a small ratchet with bits for the 2 kinds of allen bolts, but it still took over an hour to install.

2025 CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid - Read information from others who rated here and followed instructions provided. Installation went very well. Some good tips in other ratings, so I encourage that those be reviewed. The horizontal fit is tight but that's what it should be. Great value.

I just received the crossbars yesterday and installed them in less than 30 minutes. The instructions are fairly easy to follow, but so many of the reviews gave me additional insight. They fit tightly as some have said; yeah, no noise or rattle at all. I made the bars as short as possible, tightened the underside screws before I installed it in the roof, as suggested by a few reviewers, and slightly deflected the bars to allow them to easily fit and bolt to the existing Honda CRV rails. Not sure why folks complained about the washers not being black, I didn’t use the supplied stainless steel washers at all, the washers on the black screws that attach to the rails were sufficient in my opinion - and I have tried to pull and push on the crossbars and they won’t move. Great packaging quick shipment.

Three important things... first paint the eight washers with black Rust-Oleum paint (good luck finding black washers at Home Depot or Lowe's or you can order them on Amazon in a 100 pack!) so you don't see stainless silver in an entire sea of black. Second... you can tighten up the brackets as close as they can be and you won't have to do it while it's on the car as it is an extremely tight fit. Third... unfortunately my rear one would not fit in between the rails (1/8 of an inch)and I did have to shave off an eighth of an inch on the rear crossbar end and only use one of the two bracket screws underneath as the second hole was now partially shaved off...which is NOT a problem. Yes it was the actual bar marked rear LOL. Also please note that the four brackets do not say front or rear and it does make a difference so when you see that they don't fit exactly just move them to the other bar.

I installed these roof rack crossbars on my 2024 Honda CRV. Installation was simple and they are a perfect fit as there is some adjustment available. They are very substantial, streamlined, and do not create any noise from wind. There are some comments about the washers being just unpainted metal. I find that they're barely visible and there is the option of painting them if it really bothered me. I'm quite happy with my purchase and would buy them again.

Fits 2024 CRV. Good construction. Strong aluminum. Easy to assemble.One negative and its and esthetic thing. Everything is matte black which is great except the stainless steel washers. Which is a small complaint since it's on the roof. But I'm 6'6" and I'll see them everytime I look.

Very tight fit between the rails on my honda crv 2024 , a little hard to fit without rubbing the rubber gasket out of place . That being said , much better fit and quality than the cheaper version from the same company. Over time you will be glad you went with the better version !

Just installed these on my 2024 sport touring hybrid CRV. Like the title says excellent quality and fitment. These look as good as and I would say as good of quality as OEM.Installation is easy but give yourself time to go slow and protect your surfaces to prevent scratches.A FEW OF TIPS FOR INSTALLATION1. Pay attention to the stickers in the bars for front and rear and know that the arrows on the stickers point to the front of the car.2. Use the bubble wrap that the cross bar ends come in to protect the paint during install. Place a bag under the crossbar bracket on each side while you work to tighten the screws mounting it to the vehicle. This will help protect your paint if the crossbar slips or if you slip with one of the tools.3. The instructions say not to tighten the four small screws that secure the mounting ends onto the cross bars because they can be adjusted during install. What I’ve found on the two pairs I’ve installed on the 2024 crv is that the ends should be pushed as far into the bars as they will go and tighten the screws in that position. (Basically making the crossbars the shortest that they can possibly be. This will be the installed position for these you won’t need to adjust them from here so it’s easier to tighten the screws down before you go to mount the bars on top of the vehicle.
