This fit my blower perfect. And love I can keep it from coming off with the clip on the bottom. I love it has a tag saying which way the front of the cover goes on at.

Can you say heavy duty. I just received this about a week ago and I must say it is definitely thick and durable. The elastic on the bottom is strong and the strap and clip seem good even though it is plastic. I like the reflective material as it does help to identify it in the dark. We have had some winds the past few days and the cover has not flew off even though I have not secured the strap, I just had to re adjust it today. Over all a great product at a great price

This is used with a Toro 28" Commercial Snow Blow (Power Max HD1428 OHXE.) Cover fits well, (a little large in places, but conversely tight to put on around the handle bars and controls.) The tie clips at the bottom are also useful in holding the cover up and allowing the snow blower to be moved while the cover remains in place. The only very, vey small negative is the size of the "Front" marker label. In the dark it is hard to find - trying to put the cover on the wrong way around is unfunny. But the cover itself Is really nicely made. The material is very heavy and keeps the machine dry and worst of the weather off of it in the winter. The cover does not come off in windy conditions and has a lower tie strap if needed. The day glow markers are a nice touch and help make sure the machine is visible, which is helpful in the dark where there is vehicle traffic. The manufacturer may want to consider using two different colors of exterior markers for front and back to eliminate the issue with the small "front" tag.I don't know how long this cover will last. Ours will only be used in the winter as the machine is stored in the summer. The hot sun and UV might limit the overall life expectancy if used all year around. My guess is for winter use 3-5 seasons might be possible. So in summary, a truely great cover, and fits the above Toro machine (it might also fit the 33" version as well given how loose it is at the front, provided the controls and handle bars are no larger than the 28" machine.) 100% recommended in general. 100% recommended for the Toro HD 1428 OHXE.
