I bought these for agility speed training and has been used them for about 1 months,that's what I wanted.Adjustable poles increase flexibility when using.Durable material easy to set up,fit in a bag for easy carry.Great product!!

It comes with a small bag that requires you to disassemble the pieces each time to make them fit. Repeatedly taking them apart and reassembling wears out the couplers, causing them to deteriorate quickly. Additionally, it wastes a significant amount of time to repeatedly disassemble and reassemble them!
