We got this rebounder for our 13-year old soon. It looked solid but I had 2 issues. One of the knobs to tighten the adjustable leg wasn't threaded right and wasn't able to tighten it at all. The other problem was that upon closer look it looked like one of the section of the net was frayed and hanging by a few threads. Honestly, I don't recall seeing that when I was putting it together so it could be that we accidentally did it. or it could've been a manufacturing defect and extending the net snapped it. It was definitely a disappointment for our son. I sent a message with the pic of the ent to the e-mail address that was in the instructions and hoped they would reply. I received a reply that day (on Christmas) so was hopeful but it was also from someone in China and my expectations were lowered. I wondered if it would take a month, if I would get the right parts... Well I can say I was very pleasantly surprised at receiving a package a week later with not just 1 but 4 knobs, the net, as well as additional bungy cords that hold the net against the frame. I love that support didn't hassle me about providing the Amazon order #, copy of the receipt or trying to deny any issues with the parts. Also, I didn't find the instructions difficult to understand. Only part is that long bungy that wraps around the net and the frame all around is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions but if you look at the picture, it's not hard to figure out.

This was very confusion to put together, but once it is assembled, the product works great. My child enjoys kicking the ball and it coming right back to her. The adjustable frame is helpful for both child height and backyard design. We've kept ours outside, since our child practices on it, and it's held up wonderfully through the elements over the past few months. It's also lightweight enough and folds down for an easy storage.Great product for any soccer player!
