I got this for a friend that was autistic and we both laugh when ever he wears it. But it is actually a good helmet for someone who would need it.

I have an autistic, almost 3 year old that is a headbanger. Yes, its a real thing. The intensity that he beats his head and amount due to frustration is dangerous. As we are still waiting for referals and fittings for a helmet. Over a year now, I had to find another option. I was at a loss because most helmets only cover the head and this became a problem because he moved to hitting his face off of things. So I knew a 'Jason Mask' he would never wear with hard platic and I came across the rugby helmet. Now this was perfect. So far has held up and worked. So if it works for my head banger than it has to do well for the sport. Good buy and ships fast with Prime.

Great protection for the head. My child has frequent seizures, and I bought this as protection from falls when we are out of the house. I’m so glad we had it. We were at a Christmas adventure outing when a seizure struck. If it hadn’t been for this helmet, we would have spent the evening at the nearest ER. I highly recommend it. A bonus is that it has a cute design, so it doesn’t look like a standard special needs helmet. Also, a knit hat will stretch over it so your head stays warm.

The only thing I disliked was having TUOYR name on the front of my son's helmet. I get that you wanted to show your brand, but nobody wants their kid playing football with your brand name in the front. It looks funny lol. Just change that one thing & the helmet is PERFECT. You can just put your brand in the inner part of helmet instead? A+++++ QUALITY!

I like that this helmet is adjustable. My son's head is bigger than most boys his age so we had a difficult time finding a helmet that would fit in stores. With the tie adjustment in the back of this helmet we can get this one to fit snug and secure.
