Confirmed with a Matrix MCR-5030 LCR meter to have a relative magnetic permeability of about 2, which is way less the minimum values for even iron powder (for reference, wikipedia lists iron powder as having a minimum rel. perm. of 14, and pure iron has a relative permeability of around 5000). All that means that if you're winding inductors with this, they'll be significantly lower inductance than you're expecting.
