We are ordered one to try and it finally arrived and fit so well we ordered three more on February 25 and they have still not shipped. No communication at all from the vendor and still no idea when they will be shipped. I will say the one we received was well made but if we knew it would take a month to get more, we’d never have ordered. Very frustrated.

This fit perfectly in the cabinet. A very easy and quick install with a drill. Makes storing items easily accessible.

I got two sets of drawers, these for our pantry and another set for the lower counter cabinets. Amazon is forcing me to review both sets so this part of the review is ONLY for the assembled pantry cabinets. I ordered five drawers and all arrived pre-assembled and finished. Important note: if you order finished cabinets, then change the size of the cabinets, be sure to also order finished. I overlooked that the others I ordered were NOT finished.)The cabinets were quick to install, and took maybe 3 hours for all five of them. Each one got faster. They all fit perfectly the cabinet, were well finished, and the slow-close feature works nicely. I strongly recommend these cabinets but again, be sure to order them assembled and finished.The other order, which came unfinished and unassembled, for the reason mentioned above were different. I didn't want to send them back so I took the week to source the wood for the slide spacers, cut to size, then assemble the drawers, and finish with two coats of varnish. They turned out fine but I certainly hadn't expected the extra weeks effort during the week leading up to Christmas. They got finished on New Years day.The unassembled ones assembled easily, with only a rubber mallet and by following the construction of the pantry cabinets, I was able to attach the spacer spacers pieces I'd cut the the slides, then attach the slides to the drawers. Oddly enough though, the unassembled drawers came with rear support pieces for each slide, but the pantry ones didn't have them. I used the but after attaching the slides and the rear support pieces to the frames, none of the drawers would fit and slide. I analyzed the issued and realized that the support pieces pushed in the slides far enough to bind the drawers so that they wouldn't slide. I removed all the slides, then removed the rear support pieces and they worked well. I then added an additional screw at the rear of each slide to add support for the drawers.One other issue that isn't the fault of the drawers, and that I'd not considered is that the cabinets door hinges weren't recessed into the frame and with some of the screws not being recessed enough into the hinges, the drawer slides would catch on the screw heads. I tightened them all, then filed several of the down a bit more and they worked fine. Just another issued, and as I said, NOT the fault of the drawers. My wife is very pleased and we're enjoying having this nice upgrade to our older kitchen cabinets.

These were so easy to install! Super impressed and happy with my purchase. I’ll be ordering more for sure! I got the pre assembled ones and made the process so quick. These are soft close you just have to make shut you push them all the way onto the slides and it will engage the soft close.

After I ordered this they have changed the online file but it still says no assembly required. This is a kit, you have to assemble all of it including the trayI have an issue with this because there was a 10 to 15 dollar difference in the price between the twoNow it no longer shows any information on both but still says no assembly requiredIts only a box of parts
