Bought the bed in February, by April the wheels had fallen off, and the board had cracked. Now in August the boards are mostly broken the mattress is sinking into it. The warranty is a joke. I've never heard back from anyone.

The center support rails are made with very soft wood. Just moving it around the bedroom, the support legs bent over and even bent the single screw holding them on. Added a 2x4 and made my own legs. Definitely will not have any issues again.
