For the price I paid I couldn't find better! I think if your getting this it's because it has a punching bag.The bag is nice material with a decent spring bar system underneath.I am a fan of the size of the pull up bar, as it was a big undersized which I preferred. With a alright soft grip.The back and arm pads aren't too hard or soft.

Bought a used one for $100 and it's great. Been using it for a month without any issues. No complaints...recommended.

The instructions weren’t great, there’s 2 pieces that are so similar and the instructions weren’t clear at all about their slight differences — if you were to label the physical pieces with a sticker like ‘a’ ‘b’ ‘c’ or whatever, it would make the installation a bit easier.Its also quite wide and more suitable for buff people with long wingspan/wide shoulders/etc — I have trouble using this because it’s too wide to use the elbow pads for ab work. 5’6 is my height.The biggest let down is the photos show this device having what looks like clips built-in/come with it to attach/etc, for using resistance bands/that type of equipment, but there’s actually nothing to clip anything onto. And unfortunately that was a big reason for choosing this particular brand/model, but the images are false.Won’t be returning because it’s too big of a pain to disassemble but I hope this review helps others with their decisions on this/similar products. Go with the one that has the most and best reviews.
