I loved the picture of this when I bought it and still think it’s super cool and cute, but yeah, I get the zipper issue everyone else was talking about. If you unzip it all the way and try to zip it back up, it won’t just go. You have to pinch the fabric to tell it where to go. Kind of annoying.

Perfect size. Love the outside zippered pouch to put non cold items. Insulated well. Plenty of room for lunch. It is also very cute.

I love the color and sturdiness of my bag. It really needs to be a bit taller b/c my drinks won't fit in it. Seems to stay cold ok for a couple of hours. The handle is sturdy too.

I had shopped around for a lunch box and saw a co-worker with something similar to this so I got one to see. It works great! Lunch items stay cold (or hot, depending on what I pack) and it's easy to clean. Have received compliments on it. It's not huge, but big enough for a meal and snacks!

I am in love with my new lunch bag! It has a good size, very well made with zipper and insulated! The shoulder strap is padded and a good option. It will keep it warm or cool!! I love the fact that It is Eco-friendly and washable. Great buy!!

I was so nervous to buy this lunch bag for my daughter who is in high school, especially after reading some of the reviews that said wasn’t very big inside. I have to say, though she is able to fit quite a bit in there and she puts all of her food in Tupperware. When I read the other reviews, I was telling her that she was going to have to pick another lunch bag because I didn’t think it was big enough, but she just loved this design so much and I couldn’t find anything else like it. It is such amazing quality. It’s easy to wash. It goes in the fridge and stays cold- I don’t know how long I’ve never asked her. The zipper works seamlessly (haha). I honestly have no complaints about this product. It is big enough for an adult lunch for any age. It’s an excellent value for the money I suppose if you pack a lot of food, you would want to get something bigger but if you just eat a normal sized lunch, you're going to want to order this lunch bag. It stretches too so go ahead get one yourself and everyone will be asking where you got that cute lunch bag! And Amazon is asking if I remember there being a smell ummm maybe a very slight one when we first got it out of the bag, I can’t even remember to be honest it was that unmemorable. I don’t think it had any smell. Final answer.
