Came broken in the box. Looks to be opened and broken then returned. The “nut” that tightens the light down was crushed by Thor himself.

Super nice solar spot or flood lights that work well all night. This product is very practical of which can be placed anywhere light is needed, within reason that sunlight radiates into those panels, of course.

These work really well for setting up around your campsite. They'll turn on at night when you need to make a trip behind a tree. They also work great to notify you if any of the local forest friends decide to wander onto your site.The lights are well made and sturdy. The arms do a good job of holding the lights in position and large enough to wrap around a decent sized branch or small tree.They're a bit on the heavier side but for how sturdy they are they're still fairly lightweight. The motion detection works well, locking on when you walk by or alerting you to someone else walking through your site.Definitely a good purchase and for what you get worth the cost.

A SUDDEN OR UNEXPECTED BEAM OF LIGHT CAN IMMEDIATELY DETER THEM. THUS ASSURING YOU PEACE OF MIND AND BETTER YET "A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP". Took these on a camping trip last week. I attached one to the upright on the roof of my van. It had only been in weak sun about an hour before nightfall so I didn’t expect it to do anything the first night. I was surprised to keep seeing light outside the window. It was this unit. I had accidentally it set on mode one which runs a dim light all the time and bright when motion detected. It was amazing that it even had enough charge to come on at all. The dim light was actually pretty nice but not what I had intended in the campground. I reset it to mode two the next day so that it stays off unless motion detected. It came on whenever I walked up to the van door from the campsite. I am very happy with this unit. The twisty legs allowed me to wrap it securely to the roof upright. The only problem I have with it is it seems to flop and spin around. I have tried several times to tighten the neck of the lamp into place. If the panel part was attached with screws (the other option), it might feel more sturdy. I have not given up on tightening it correctly. I just haven’t had time to work with it since I got back. If I cannot get it to properly tighten and stay in place, I will update this review. There is also an adjustment knob for the panel and it is a bit mean on the fingers. But it does what it is supposed to do and works really well for security. Especially nice that it has the twisty leg option so that you can attach it to a tent pole or other temporary structure as circumstance requires. Would recommend. Comes in a set of two. I have not tried the other one yet but next trip, I plan to attach the spare to my tent fly. When I left camp, I took the lamp down because I wasn’t sure how it would behave while attached to the roof and driving down the freeway at high speed. It probably would have been fine.
