Dude I love this little set. Having a mobile kit like this is such an improvement over a corded tool. It feels like really good quality, I have zero complaints so far. Excellent size and portability.

Admittedly not very familiar with soldering items. I found that trying to solder with this unit was not very user friendly. I am not sure if it is the unreliability of the temperatures the unit is suppose to be at, the materials within the kit. I had pretty high hopes this would be more useful than it has been.

I don't often have to solder, but when I do it's nice to have a reliable soldering iron to do it with. After dealing with portable butane powered irons I decided to get a rechargeable one and it's been a much better experience.The iron heats up quickly and it's nice to be able to select the perfect temperature for what I am working on. It doesn't get as hot as a plug in iron, but for 90% of people out there this shouldn't be a problem. My only complaint is about the stand. It's a little flimsy. I would have liked a weighted bottom so it's not as easy to tip over. The weight of the iron is in the bottom part of the handle, which sticks out of the top when its in the stand. I would also have liked to see the stand be what charges the iron instead of plugging the iron itself into a USB-C cord.Overall, I am very happy with this.

Max temp on this is 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Very cheap material only good for small items can't use it on bigger items.
