I’m not one to write reviews but these treats have been a game changer!!! For two years we battled kenneling our Doberman at night. He would bark for over an hour (tough on my dog mom heart) but these treats have him WAY more calm. He’s in his kennel sleeping with in 10 mins now sometimes faster than that! We tried a few other brands but these were the most effective. Can run the vacuum with no problems too!

I’ve been using this calming chews for my dogs, and they have made a huge difference! My dogs used to get really anxious during car rides and loud events, but since starting these chews, they stay much calmer and more relaxed. I’ve noticed they settle down faster and aren’t as stressed by fireworks or long trips. Plus, they love the taste! I highly recommend these for any pet owner with an anxious pup.

I can’t say enough good things about these Solid Gold Calming Chews! My dog used to get extremely anxious during thunderstorms and fireworks, pacing non-stop and whining. Since introducing these chews into his routine, I’ve noticed a huge difference—he’s so much more relaxed and comfortable. The combination of melatonin and valerian root works wonders, helping him stay calm without making him drowsy or sluggish. Plus, he actually loves the taste, so giving them to him is effortless! I also appreciate that they’re made with high-quality ingredients and are suitable for all breeds and sizes. If you have a dog struggling with separation anxiety, loud noises, or general stress, I highly recommend these chews. They’ve truly made a night and day difference for us!

I’ve tried multiple calming treats for my dog, and this one has been the most effective by far. My dog gets anxious during thunderstorms and car rides, but after giving her one of these chews, she noticeably relaxes within 30-45 minutes. The ingredients seem high-quality, and I appreciate that it doesn’t make her overly drowsy—just calm and comfortable. She also loves the taste, so there’s no struggle to get her to take it. If you’re looking for a gentle but effective way to ease your dog’s anxiety, I highly recommend these chews!

I got these for my beagle who has separation anxiety. They work okay, but don’t last through the day until I get home. She’s still pretty young, so they do help in the evenings to calm her down a little.

I have a Pomeranian who is hyperactive (as most Poms are). He doesn't have bad separation anxiety or anything like that. I just wanted something to relax him a little. For his weight, only 1 chew daily was recommended. I had to give him more than that for any difference to be noticed. I didn't continue these on a regular basis since I was giving him more than the recommended amount.I also have a 20 lb Beagle mix rescue. She is pretty relaxed already. I gave her the same amount that I gave my Pomeranian and she actually responded to them. (Don’t come at me!)As for the actual chew, they seemed to enjoy them. Although, I haven't come across much they won't eat. I acted as though it was a treat.I gave it 3/5 stars because honestly, this was what I expected for my Pomeranian. I have yet to find a calming chew that actually calms my hyperactive dog down.

It makes sense why they call these Solid Gold, it's literally what they are! I tried these after reading so many reviews, and also trying literally so many other things, but finally, something that works for my Pug. I have a spoiled AF 1 year old Pug who HATES the car. It doesn't matter if we're going to the dog park, beach, or 7 hours away, any amount of car time and he's a complete psycho in the car. He wines the entire time and not even wines, high pitch screeches that he never does any other place, besides the car. We just can't figure out why.We first tried benadryl, did nothing. Then we tried CBD, did nothing. Then we tried hard drugs from the vet, he faught them and stayed awake the entire time (6 hours), like a high school kid on ambien and we swear he was hallucinating, which made it even worse. I felt so bad, we never tried those again. We tried dramamine as I thought he could have motion sickness, as the whining wouldn't stop for 6 hours straight, until we got to wherever we were going. He also wouldn't sit still, he'd jump around and could never get comfy he wasn't even happy on my lap or in his carseat, or roaming around the backseat either, we've tried it all. We live in a remote town, so going out of town we're driving at least 6 hours. We felt so bad for him because something was obviously upsetting him and we couldn't figure it out! But, we figured it was just anxiety if the dramamine didn't help. This went on for a year, every time we'd leave town, we'd try something else, only for it not to work. We bought this during our most recent trip, when we tried dramamine on the way there and it didn't work. I saw these here, read reviews, and ordered them. On our last day being out of town, we gave him half a dose and went to Costco (which usually is very overwhelming for him as he gets anxious with lots of people and noises) and he was great and only barked once (which that guy looked sketchy to me, so I got it). Which gave us hope! We gave him his full dose the next day (about 30 minutes before we were leaving) and he was a complete angel in the car! He wasn't completely sleeping, but he was sitting on my lap, snuggling, and just relaxing! He closed his eyes a bit, but basically he was just CALM and at ease! I'm so thankful that he wasn't distressed seeming at all! Even when he was awake for a little bit, he just sat on my lap and looked out the window. He even ate some treats in the car, which he has always refused before (he's not a food driven pug, weird I know). The only thing is he woudn't eat these chews. But, that's not weird for him as he's incredibly picky with what he eats as his diet is all homemade human food. So, dog treats usually he won't even take and I dont really buy them. We had to shove it down his throat, but it was completely worth that in order to have him feeling good in the car. I can't wait to try this on our next trip out of town, which will be the real kicker as he always is 'better' on the way home (probably tired from vacation) versus leaving town. But, i have hope, I will update on that in a few months. THANK YOU!
