This light looks great. But it doesn’t fit my standard pole well and only came with one screw to secure it to the pole. I had to improvise by getting some more black screws to securely attach it to the pole.There are a lot of complaints in the reviews about the top of the light flying off when the wind gusts. That’s because the lights design is flawed. It comes with three long screw bolts that you thread through the louvers. You then have to screw it into the bottom louder to get the bolt top to pop out far enough for you to attach the top bolt. No matter what I did, I could only get it to thread 3/4 of the way into the nut cap.Not wanting the nut caps and the top of my light to fly away in the next wind gust, I used some Lexel clear adhesive sealant to adhere the caps to the top of the light. If you’ve never used Lexel, let me tell you it sticks to everything and doesn’t let go.

I had to remove the white painted metal plate in the underside of the top white plastic shield because the nuts would not screw down to hold the top down. The screws are about 1/8" or 3mm too short! Instead, I cut a piece of heavyweight aluminum foil (shiny side down) to rest on top of the clear ribbed cylinder.

We have a lot of these around the wall of our pool in Jamaica. Some of them have been there over 30 years with NO RUST, no repainting and they look great. I have, however had to replace the same two lights two times each, because mangoes occasionally fall from the tree and crack them. I don't want to cut bak the Mango tree further, so I am willing to pay the price to replace them. THANKFULLY, they are very reasonably priced. Also, I gave them ONLY 1 star for warmth and sheerness, However these should NOT be categories for this item.

The fixture is smaller than I anticipated, so it's not very impressive on the light pole during the day. When lit at night it looks great, gives off lots of light.
