The only thing I don't like about the speaker is the wire. Everything I turn the wire comes out. The sound is fine.

The sound was great, and they fit wonderfully under my pillow. However, because it has to be physically connected to the phone it is a bit cumbersome to use. Also, it was disconnecting. Every time I moved it, or the phone was moved.

I bought this to replace a older bluetooth pillow speaker that's wearing out. I made it through half a night before tossing it aside and putting the old one back in place. This thing is very quiet, even when the volume is cranked up. You really can't hear it at all unless it's wedged directly under your face with the actual hard plastic speakers digging in uncomfortably.

Failed after 40 days since purchase. Verified. Manufacturer on their own reached out to us and resolved our issues. Repurchased another. Very much like product and hoping for the second one to hold up. Customer service is outstanding IMO. These are the kind of sellers I want to deal with.Update: March 6. Finally able to verify refund to credit card. Would reccomend seller AAA+++

The sound quality isn’t bad, but you’ll need a secondary volume control to make it loud enough to hear. Not bad comfort wise either.

It’s very easy to use and fits around my neck nicely. The material is very soft and no bad smell. I really like the white noise and it helps me go to sleep quickly.
