I charged it and tried to use it but it wouldn't work. I placed the arrow over the circle nothing. Light kept blinking red. Sometimes it blinked purple, if it turned blue I clicked twice it would turn red.. very disappointed.

I've only ever had heavy duty blenders that make a lot of shake. I decided to try out a smaller one that would be more portable to take on trips. Since my diagnosis of Celiac Disease I've been trying to eat cleaner and can't really stop and find fast food as easily anymore so I chose this blender.It comes in a nice box. It has a little instruction pamphlet with some information and even a couple of smoothie recipes. It comes with some cleaning supplies and a nice reusable silicone straw! It was already charged when I took it out of the box and uses a usb cord. You have to cut any fruit or veggies into small pieces which is pretty normal for me anyway. Add the liquid and the fruits and veg, push the button, flip it over, and blend your shake. It's a little loud but not as loud as my larger blenders. My cat still hates the noise though. It makes great smoothies and has enough power to make them smooth.The cleaning process is simple too. Clean the cup like normal but don't submerge the lid because that's where the electronics are but it's easy enough to rinse off real quick.I love that it's chargeable and light weight for travel. It makes about 16 oz of liquid. I have been using it a lot just to mix my protein powder with my milk and that works great too! The only thing for me is that it's loud but a blenders gotta blend so you really can't change that! It only lasts a couple of seconds. Highly recommend!

Figuring out why this wouldn't turn on was one of the most frustrating experiences in recent memory - and I'm still not sure I understand what was wrong, only that I managed to fix it. I *think* there was liquid in the seal and it was getting confused about whether the top was aligned properly, but I don't exactly want to repeat the whole messy scenario of getting this filled again to confirm, since I realize now I made the rookie mistake of putting liquids in *after* the fruits and it led to an overfull blender that kept spitting juice at me whenever I tried to close it.Speaking of spitting, if you blend something cold it's likely to pop back out when you open the spout at the top - probably do that with a paper towel or something so it doesn't spray blueberry-avocado-mango-orange smoothie all over your comfy shirt. Just as a definitely random example and not something I spent my morning cleaning up.Anyway, it's a solid blender and I thought I hated it until I actually tried the smoothie it helped me make. The straw is great and I love that it's so easy to clean, the cleaning kit that comes with for the rest of the blender feels easy to use as well, and it's won me over enough to give it another chance or two. Just... maybe we'll work on smaller (and less colorful) smoothies for the time being.

I am so happy I found this portable blender. It's everything I need! It's not loud and so I can make this anywhere. Around a sleeping baby, at work, the library, just joking on the last part, but you get the point.It gets the job done as well and quickly I may add. I noticed no clumps except my blueberries were left kinda whole but that didn't bother me too much. Especially, because this blender comes with a wide silicone straw for thick smoothies or unchopped blueberries to get through lol. The possibilities really are endless with this little gem. You can make smoothies, protein shakes, or even use it to mash food for a little one.I also like how easy is to clean. It comes with a cleaning brush. Don't submerge it in water please! It's quick and easy to clean so long as you don't let the concoction residue sit in it after you're done. The battery last a long time and if you don't have it charged for some reason, a few minutes will give you all the charge you need when you need it right away.This is a great buy! It's convenient, efficient, fun, and it helps you to stay on track leading a healthy life. Cheers!
